In autumn 2010, Phillips de Pury opened a spectacular new flagship gallery and saleroom at 450 Park Avenue. This modernist venue comprises 25,000 square feet of exhibition space over three floors, and will be the location for many of the company's headline sales and selling exhibitions. Phillips de Pury also conducts seasonal auctions at its Chelsea location, 450 West 15 Street. The downtown space is home to the main offices, as well as extensive galleries and an auction room overlooking the Hudson River and the celebrated High Line development.
